1. After you have removed the anal douche from the packaging remember to give it a rinse with warm water to ensure its super clean. (Invest in a toy cleaner for extra cleanliness).
2. Fill the bulb up with luke warm water by removing the tip and running it directly under the tap, we recommend you fill a bowl with warm water and squeeze the bulb allowing the suction effect to draw the water in.
3. We can’t stress enough, don’t forget to add a generous dollop of lube the end of the douche and the opening of your anus before inserting the nozzle. This will allow for comfort and easy entry.
Top tip: we advise you do this over the toilet as the angle of the tip allows for easy insertion and keeps the whole process clean and hygienic.
4. Once inserted, press the bulb of the douche, squeeze the bulb gently for slower water flow and more firmly for faster flow. If this is your first time using an anal douche we recommend starting off slowly!
5. After removing the douche hold the water until you feel like you need the toilet – let nature take it’s cause.
6. Repeat the douching process several times until the water that you are ejecting runs clear.
