Super hot Tyler Blackburn – or Caleb Rivers as we know him in both Pretty Little Liars and Ravenswood- has come out as bisexual in the April 2019 issue of The Advocate.
“I’m queer, I’ve identified as bisexual since a teenager.”
Whilst on one hand such news should not be treated as news, sexuality shouldn’t matter. But in a world where it does, such news can only be a positive for people who are still coming to terms with their sexual identity.
“I just want to feel powerful in my own skin, and my own mind, and in my own heart.”
Tyler is currently playing a gay role as Capt. Alex Manes in Roswell, New Mexico alongside Michael Guerin (played by Michael Vlamis) who Manes has a same-sex relationship with.
“My goal above everything is to feel as happy as possible. As free as possible. I don’t just mean happy, like, ‘I’m laughing all day, every day.’ That’s actually insane. That’s impossible. What I mean is, I want to feel free.”
